A 75-acre day-use park centered around a large stocked lake. It is most well-known for its birdwatching opportunities, especially at the adjacent Carr Slough.

Notable Wildlife: Bald Eagle, Tundra Swan, Trumpeter Swan, Hooded Merganser, other waterfowl, wading birds
